“The receptionist gave us a smoking room so we had to go all the way to the room and then all the way back down to ask for another room. It was very rude considering we booked non smoking always. Aso the second day when we arrived to our room, we had zero towels. They forgot to leave us towels. We spent 20 mins calling but there was no answer on room service, house keeping, nor the lobby. It’s such a same since the breakfast and service of breakfast was nice. ”

I found coir rope in my tabouleh which I believe is used to tie the parsley leaves. It was clear that the food was not prepared according to the hygiene standards. This made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the hygiene...
