The Space:

Exterior façade renovation work, including the balconies, is scheduled in sections until December 12, 2026.



This work may cause noise on weekdays, between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.



The complex is divided into 11 sections, and the work schedule varies depending on the unit. Since the complex is quite large, the impact may vary from one condo to another depending on the distance between your unit and the work area. For example, units ending in 3 are several condos away from units ending in 11, which may reduce the level of noise perceived depending on the location.



Here is the planned schedule by unit:



-- Units ending in 1 and 2: August 12 to October 9, 2026

-- Units ending in 3 and 4: August 27 to October 30, 2026

-- Units ending in 5 and 6: September 11 to November 9, 2026

-- Units ending in 7 and 8: September 28 to November 23, 2026

-- Units ending in 9, 10 and 11: October 14 to December 12, 2026

Condo 310 — Le Sérénité: Calm, Comfort, and Views of Baie-Saint-Paul



Located on the 3nd floor, the condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across its 3 spacious bedrooms. On rainy days, unwind with cable TV and Netflix. When the weather is nice, enjoy breakfast on the furnished balcony while admiring the stunning view of Baie-Saint-Paul.



Enjoy the charming Baie-Saint-Paul beach, just 9 minutes away, and also explore the Massif de Charlevoix (skiing and snowboarding), a must-visit in the area.
