“They didn’t have daily house cleaning but it was very nice. We could have asked for it and I am sure they would’ve done it but since we only stayed a couple of nights there was no need. The breakfast was good they had a continental breakfast, a Filipino breakfast and an American breakfast all good for the price we paid. When the room we paid for aircon didn’t work they went above and beyond to make it right for us. Very happy for our 2 stays with them and probably will be staying again soon!!”

But what caught our attention was the toilet room. It was very compact, toilet was positioned so close to the wall, your head almost touches the wall, making it kind of hard to do number 2, lol. But overall, good place to be in Dumaguete.”

“Firstly Property cannot be contacted. Staff are not so friendly and accomodating. Not so much of a warm reception from the staffs. Wont let us utilize the pool, always with different reasons. The French fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, served hot and freshly cooked. They had a nice golden color and just the right amount of seasoning. “I think the property in a whole was just as described. I think it is very possible that the property is owned and or operated by devil worshipping people. Satanic music at night with very creepy lights. A big demon above the bar. Sign out front say sigbin house. A guy there asked a girl if she could use her nail a scratch his neck in order to draw blood. We had to lock our door. Super creepy”
