Bellman and concierge 5/5
-Check in process 2/5 (bad attitude, and kept my ID) did not care to look for me to return it during my staff, I had to go back and get it myself.
Food taste and quality 3/5. Ran out of eggs every morning and waited for long time until refilled. --Mexican Restaurant is below average. Other restaurants "no need" for reservations but when you get there, you need to wait 30-40 min, what's the point?

Room service takes up to 50 min for 2 burgers and one pastry. End result, cold and tasteless food. Not recommended
F&B staff 5/5 great staff and very attentive at all times.
Kids Club staff 3/5, nice attitude but zero initiative, my daughter went twice and if there was no calendar activities schedule, they would not entertain her. Also very limited space with no space for running or playing.
Pools 2/5, no service at Eden pool, you have to go to the bar to get drinks and ask them to take them to Eden pool. All pools are cold freezing, and not enough lounge chairs.
Housekeeping 3/5. They knocked on my door at 8 am on check out date...why? The answer, sometimes people leaves earlier...they knocked the door like the police would if they had a warrant. VERY LOUD among them, talking and yelling at all times.
Overall for me, this resort is a 3/5 stars. Stayed 3 days and 2 nights. Paid for partial ocean view and never saw the ocean from my room. CONSTRUCTION HAPPENING!"
