“Very nice house! Extremely accommodating and responded immediately to any concerns or questions that we had. One "negative" thing I can say is that, the streets are really narrow and a lot of people park their cars on the street so you have to use extra caution when driving to and from the house. It did rain the first day that I arrived, but the sun did come out and we were able to enjoy the fenced in back yard. “This was a great stay during family weekend at LSU. It was a convenient 25 minute walk to campus and 15 minute walk to Tiger Stadium. “We were in town for a few short days to visit family. The water heater had gone out at the house but the owner called ahead to let me know that and offer to either refund part of our money or help us find another place to stay. We chose to stay and she did in fact, refund a partial payment back to us as promised. The house is super cute and close to everything. She even had coffee and waffles stocked for us! We will definately be back the next time we come to town. ”
