“We had so so much fun during our visit! The location is so beautiful, we were so fortunate to see the peak of fall colors and it was breathtaking. “The apartment was great! The location was good as it was close to the lake and Elizabethton. There were also a few shops, a restaurant and coffee shop right in Hampton. The beds were very comfortable and we lived that the place was decorated for Christmas. ”

When I was finally contacted, I was told only HVAC repair person could fix it. The next day after I called and texted, a maintenance man(not hvac) showed up and did find the problem.
