Located mere minutes from the village and just opposite the Sète rock, our space is on a hill in a quiet spot – perfect for anyone seeking tranquillity. Spend your day enjoying the thermal baths or just lounging by the outdoor pool!

There is 1 BEDROOM with a comfy Double bed. The living room contains 2 Single bench beds which sleep additional guests. Please note that bed linens are not included, but can be rented on-site for €13/kit.

Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM. Please note that towels are not provided but can be rented on-site for €9/kit.

In the LIVING SPACE, you’ll find a flatscreen TV and access to a private balcony – great for when you’re craving some fresh air. You can connect with friends and family back home by taking advantage of the Wi-Fi, which is available for an additional charge.

When you’re hungry, you can prepare a quick snack in our KITCHENETTE, which has a microwave, mini-fridge, and stove with 2 gas rings. Don’t worry if you spill something on your favourite shirt – there are laundry facilities on-site for an additional fee.

We're sure you will love your stay at Residence Les Hauts de Balaruc in Balaruc les Bains, where our property is conveniently located. The outdoor pool, which is open during the summer months, is a great place to cool down when it’s hot outside.

We recommend bringing a car to explore this beautiful area, and there is FREE outdoor parking available on-site.

Upon arrival, you'll be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily holiday tax and eco tax. If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional charge of €60/stay/pet. An end of stay cleaning (excluding the kitchenette) is provided. If you need a mid-stay clean, this can be arranged during the summer (excluding weekends) for €32/half hour.
