“We never spent a single night here
We arrived the night of Aug 2 for a six night stay and left within the hour.
The building was unlit, and there were large spiders around the entrance and the key fob panel. Inside the apartment there were spiders in every room. My husband tried clearing them with a vacuum and we kept finding more. When we opened the balcony door, it was far worse than anything inside.
I called the reception number twice and texted at 11:44 PM to say we were leaving and why. No...

“Our stay was fantastic. The rooms were clean, the views were lovely as well. Staff was friendly and helpful with the minor hiccups we encountered. Check in and out was seamless and easy. The breakfast basket was delicious, well stocked and different on both mornings. The building is quiet and main rooms face the lake. Waking up to the sun rising & sparkling off the lake was beautiful.”
“Everything was ok and nice, unfortunately the food is not good. There is no variety and choice, not in the morning and not in the evening. I am writing this with heavy heart, because the hotel is very cute. The rooms are adorable and the stuff was nice and helpful. But the food is not good at all, even the activity with the chocolate. They are so rushing to take it back. I am not sure why, as far as the food. Disaster”
“L'hôtel semble magnifique sur photos mais dans les faits, c'est juste ok. Ne vous laissez pas influencer par le buffet du déjeuner et du souper gratuits !!! Le choix est limité, toujours répétitif et la qualité est décevante. Les 2 piscines sont agréables en revanche comparativement à ce qu'ils appellent la plage privée... qui est en fait un espace gazonné sans plage ni sable devant le Lac Ballaton où il faut payer pour une chaise longue ou un parasol. La localisation devant la promenade est...
