“Ocean isle beach is beautiful we had good weather. The best thing was that we had a great view of the beach and it was easy access to the beach however, I could not sleep on the bed. And that is why we left after three days. We did not stay all four nights. I am glad I had my yoga mat, and I had to sleep on the floor as the bed was just not right I experienced a lot of discomfort. Secondly, nowhere on the website it said that our assigned room 215 was on the second (but really the third) floor...

You can walk easily to Fort Fisher, too.The beach is literally just off the balcony, and we enjoyed meals at the table on the balcony and hours reading and thinking about nothing at all in the big hanging basket chair. The shower curtain in the second bathroom was covered in mold and stuck together, the master bathroom trash can had no liner and contained brown dried liquid splatters, and the patio rug was severely torn, creating a tripping hazard.
