“After climbing 3 flights of of steep exterior stairs with no lighting, we arrived to a unit that had zero cleaning after the previous occupants.We found dirty bed linens piled on floor, a used tissue next to bed, chips and other food and debris on floor throughout the unit, air vents blackened with dirt, dirty towels in the washer, a dirty tub, food crumbs all over the dining table, a dirty refrigerator, a dirty oven, smelly dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and the icing on the cake, spoiled food...

“Property was as advertised. Location was perfect for our needs. Mattresses were decent. The only bummer was that there was no sheet for the pull out bed available in the house. We checked every drawer and closet. So that friend had to sleep in the couch closed instead of the bed. There were also a lot of bugs running around but it is a beach so not shocking.”

Only downside was the construction of the pier and pipes on the beach which made entry to the beach difficult but right on the other side was a pyblic veach access with a really nice ramp to get on the beach. If handicap would recommend staying close to the 1 elevator. Pool area is beautiful and even had a hot tub. Was told the food at the pier was excellent and they did get packed quick and even had luve entertainment which...

“We were excited for our first Carolina beach trip , booked this cute apt upon arrival we went to the patio to walk in the apt and there was trash in the patio furniture requested the patio be cleaned off cob webs and leaves everywhere which host was notified and they cleaned it off sometime after 10 am but before 5 pm the next day , went inside to an awful squeal it was the air conditioning I did notify the host they stated was just serviced , I asked for an additional fan which they brought one...
