“Another great stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, quiet, and very convenient to get in and out of. This was our second stay in this particular unit, and we’ve also stayed three times in another unit just two doors down. We’ve always had a great experience and will definitely be back!”

“The small farmhouse was the perfect weekend getaway. Everything was perfect. Absolutely no suggestions, just utter bliss!”

“Volvería sin dudas. Tranquilidad , muy equipada, buena comunicación y una limpieza excepcional. Demas decir las vistas. Todo bueno”

“The property is so beautiful. We loved our long walk around the quiet scenic property. It has a little rough terrain getting down to the river from the cabin but has a longer smother walk around the property to the river which is well worth the walk. It has places to sit and enjoy the scenery and river. The cabin is beautifully maintained, super clean, and has everything you need. It is perfect for two but has accommodations for a family. Totally recommend and would like to return in the future!”

“Great cabin. One giant room was really fun. Many amenities and great owner communication”

“The cabin was beautiful amazing views, clean, and beautiful rooms. Having board games for the kids was a plus made us enjoy our time together so thank you for everything!”

“Once again, an exceptional stay at this property which is our preferred location when visiting family in the Toccoa area, so much so that we now plan our trips here around availability of this house. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an already nicely cooled house -- very welcome on a hot July day in Georgia and going above and beyond the typical arrival experience of other places where we often have to turn down the thermostat and wait for the place to get comfortable. That's just one example...

“Overall, it was excellent. It was like being at home for us. Everything we needed, they had already. Very easy directions to use games, remotes and lights. We will come back again.”
