“Nice area ”

“I was really excited for this trip and to stay in a nice house, now I feel like I was scammed into getting this property through old pictures and good reviews that were inaccurate. The listing stated this house was close to Disneyland, it was an hour drive one way. The bathtubs didn't work, there was no way to run it and the plugs didn't plug them. This was not communicated in the listing, and I was looking forward to a nice soak after walking all day, even bought Epsom salt for a bath. The...

“Super clean and host responses quickly!”

“I have booked vacation rentals all over the United States and even in Europe and have never felt like I absolutely had to leave a negative review but this property is the exception. Our family was pressed for time to attend a funeral or I would not have stayed in the house and canceled the booking. The listing of details of the house are outright lies. There are only four bedrooms and a sofa sleeper in the hallway between the living area and the bedrooms. Contrary to the list there is only one...

“Quiet neighborhood”

“The property was very clean and exactly like the listing said! Very spacious and my friends and I enjoyed the pool very much. The hot tub was fine too, it just didn't stay very hot compared to other ones I have experienced, but it was still nice nonetheless. The house was missing some features such as a sponge to wash dishes, and the shower mats look like they need to be replaced. Beds were still comfortable and lots of entertainment to keep you occupied. Close driving distance to shops as well...

“This house was disgusting and full of spiders. The pool is 100% misrepresented, dirty with only two decomposing plastic chairs. All photos on the site were AI touched up. The bedding was not clean and one of the bathrooms was completely unusable. So far the host has offered to waive the cleaning fee, which is comical considering. We stayed 30 minutes to take pictures then went to a hotel. Working with VRBO on a refund. ”

“We enjoyed our stay and the host was responsive to questions we had.”

“Amazing host who was super responsive and willing to answer any questions we had . Comfortable home in a good neighborhood and convenient to the freeway in both directions. Will definitely stay here again .”

“Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Very reasonable price. No full kitchen so plan for eating out or take out. We had a nice stay.”

“Front Desk Staff was so helpful during our entire stay! Thank you!”

“The host was super kind and had great communication. The property was very clean and super cute. It was in a very safe and quiet neighborhood will definitely be booking again”

“My group enjoyed the property immensely. The pool was perfect, we had a wonderful movie night in the glass house, the Internet was quite fast, and everything worked well for us. The host was responsive to the questions I had and the process of checking in and out went very smoothly. Thank you for allowing us to spend some time in your lovely home!”

“The home is beautiful, open and spacious, gorgeous view, big windows. Our host was VERY kind and friendly, helpful as much as possible considering she was in Japan during our stay and we communicated often with delayed messages due to time zone difference. I gave Annie a number of suggestions, based on our other stays at VRBOs meaning that we were slightly surprised by lack of things provided on property. She definitely accommodated every request and will consider adding for future...
