Completely restored in 2017 preserving the cachet of the old, this independent building offers on the ground floor: a separate entrance with a double exposure, a toilet, a closet and direct access to the private garden.
On the floor: a stay / dining room of 40 m ² livened up with a stone chimney, an equipped kitchen, a big room with independent entrance, a second room with independent entrance, a room of independent bath with TOILET.

This cottage is located in the park of Château de Rochefuret, pretty house of the eighteenth century, totally quiet.

Castles of the Loire: The Séchoir is in the heart of the valley of the kings. The Château de Villandry and its gardens is about 7 km, the castle of Azay le Rideau and its moat 10 km, the very sensitive castle of Chenonceau, the royal castle of Amboise 30 minutes, Chambord and Cheverny: 1 hour approx …… to recite nobody else but them.

Sports:
The Golf Touraine is on the other side of the village. The NECA equestrian center at 700 m, just next to the Carnaux sports center. The bike paths of La Loire à Vélo are just below the Tuffaut hillside. Lake Bretonnières offers water activities and fishing. The acrobranch ... is 10min. 7km to Savonnières, you can discover the magic of petrifying caves, a traditional boat ride of the Loire, swim on the dam Cher. Fly in the Chenonceau hot-air balloon, by plane to Louroux, by plane to Sorigny.

The wine routes cross at Rochefuret: Bourgueil, Chinon, Vouvray, Loire wines are nearby. The Dryer of Rochefuret is a central stage to radiate in the cellars around. Shops are 1 km and shopping in the center of Tours within 10 kms
