Convenient Apartments, perfect for a weekend Stay

Booked two studios for us and friends on a catch up weekend. Apartments were clean, access easy and communication from management freindly. Beds comfy and rooms clean. Pub 'Seymours' on the corner just up from apartments was about as far as we ventured after a lakeside concert, for a late dinner, and then again for breakfast. City centre a short stroll away. Would definately stay again without hesitation.

A great place to stay.

Close to the railway station and cbd. Quiet, safe, homely. We had noisy guests on the first night and that was painful but they left by the second night and we had a great sleep in beautiful surroundings. Will stay in the apartments whenever we need to be in Ballarat.

Comfortable Hideaway.

Comfortable little room upstairs. Was a very enjoyable time with a wonderful spa bath. The layout of the room was well thought out.

Central and convenient

Great location withing walking distance to the Ballarat Art Gallery and the centre of town. Train and buses very close so it is easy to get around without a car.

Nice place to stay, close to train station.

Comfortable place to stay. We arrived by train, and it was a short walk to accomodation. Very convenient.

Lydiard Street apartment

Great studio apartment very convenient to the town so can walk to the galleries and shops. Close to the station but a quiet area. There's a car park as well and the spa bath was a bonus. We enjoyed our two day stay.

Central to tourist spots - comfy and clean

Everything for a short stay is there kitchenette, dining table abd chairs, bathroom , tv, clean bed, no wifi though.

The Hidden Jewel In Ballarat's Crown

We were thrilled with this beautiful suite. There was ample room and facilities to boot. The cleanliness was outstanding. The spa was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchenette has the facilities to cook a roast. We will be back and recommend this accommodation to everyone. The closeness to the hub of Ballarat was wonderful. We parked and walked everywhere. Thank you

Elegance from yesteryear - but modern

Delightful old building, elegantly refurbished. Loved the bathroom, but would love to see the kitchen stove modernised. Parking was a bit challenging, but doable from the street. No on-site staff, but gentleman who answered our phone call was professional and helpful. I'd consider staying there if I return to Ballarat.

Nice hotel close to city centre

Lovely to have a spa bath in the room. Even though I was in a room facing the main road the traffic noise was a minimum. I could however hear the neighbours a lot upstairs including each foot step which was annoying for a few hours in the evening. Great location though, 5 min walk to cbd.
