It was a children's birthday party all day with shouting and screaming. All the sunbeds were taken and there was no room for the hotel guests. Poor service from the managers, no help to get so we had to leave the area. “This is an older hotel, with Akzo large suites Werth balconies / or Sea views. Just a short drive from beaches and popular Ballito activities. The staff were welcoming and very friendly, while ensuring all my requests were taken care of . The indian cuisine served at the "Dine inn" restaurant is authentic and very delicious! Expect issues With water & electricity- these are issues common for the area and not caused by the hotel or the staff. ”
