“Very helpful staff that enjoy showing off the unique details of this hotel. Comfortable room. Struggled with the shower in the morning but the staff assisted me. Also struggled with the TV, they have no regular TV access but set me up on Netflix after I asked about it. Night table lamp bulb was going, but worked at first. Complimentary water was nice. Friendly place, nice neighborhood.”

“We chose the hotel due to it being within walking distance from SPAC, where we attended a concert. The check-in was quick. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was clean and well appointed for a one-night stay. There is a Kuerig and a mini-fridge in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within Saratoga Spa State Park, where there are many trails to explore. The hotel provided us with a map and we enjoyed walking some of the beautiful trails.
