We knew from our first viewing of the Boathouse that it checked all of our boxes. Location, space, arrangement of space, tranquil setting, and amenities met all of our needs and expectations. “We stayed at the second property on the site, Lavender Lane Cottage, which was a lovely newly refurbished 200 year old cottage. It had three double bedrooms(one upstairs) an open plan kitchen, dining area and living area which was all minimalistic but modern and had every amenity we needed for our stay (Con even left us tea/coffee/bread and milk) We felt at home straightaway and all said we could live there. The bathroom was again modern in an old worldly setting, with plenty of hot water...

“Lovely house with fantastic views and a pub just down the road. Everything you need in the house and all bedrooms being ensuite certainly made mornings easier. Bring a bike if you can as the greenway is on your doorstop. Short drive to Dingle, killarney and fabulous beach at Banna or just enjoy the outside space.”
