El personal muy amable y atento, el lugar terrible, el olor desde el lobby apestaba, los baños aún con llave sucios. Todo viejo, da el aspecto de sucio. Los espacios son amplios que lástima que esté tan deteriorado. Nunca más volvería. La reservación decía desayuno y ni hay ni café. Terrible

We stayed two nights. Property was nothing fancy but it was affordable, clean and comfortable. Close enough to everything we wanted to do in Columbia and close to the airport. I would stay here again.

The bed was pristine and the air conditioner was new and functioned great. The room itself looked a bit dated but was very clean. I did not use the kitchen area during my short stay but it had everything you'd expect. The staff was friendly and parking was plentiful.

This is a good place for a quick business trip or overnight interview or even an emergency home issue . My only issue was after 10pm the front is closed and need your card to enter and 1 of my nights the key didn't work and I had to call and wait 15 minutes to enter. The workout area advertised only has a machine to get your steps in.no other equipment.

The room was quiet, clean, a/c worked very well, appliances were dated but functional, felt safe, guests and staff were friendly, exercise room (👎) 2 pieces of equipment that didn't work, the vending machines were severely overly priced ($3 for a honey bun) and you only get 1 roll of TP and 2 towels even if you have a party of 4. Lastly... Remember the front desk is closed from 10pm until 9am. Re: deliveries, key card issues etc

This place is more for people that are in between housing not really for a simple stay. My visit was last minute and there was a sporting event the same weekend so I didn’t have options. Rooms smell like mildew as if there may have been a flood previously. Very damp inside. Machines in gym did not work. No iron no soap No front desk assistance after hours. Would Never do again unless I truly had no other choice.

Just please don't go here. It was so gross. I don't think anyone has done any updates since the 70s. The door hinge didn't even look like it closed securely. We left within 5 minutes to find something elsewhere.

There didn't seem to be any vending machines or ice available. Maybe it was somewhere I didn't look. No coffee available in room or in lobby. There is a Dunkin within a short walking distance. No staff on past a certain hour seems weird.

The property (inside & out) was pretty clean, no odors, no trash. The check in staff was ok; not great, not bad. During my stay I encountered nicer ladies that weren't so rigid. The room was pretty decent and everything was clean, not dusty, no odors. However, the toilet seat screw was broken and we pinched ourselves before we all knew about it. The stove also set off the smoke detector when we tried to use it. The exercise room is an elliptical and a treadmill, neither worked. Laundry costs $3.50 per load. They except quarters and debit cards. The 2cweeks we stayed, it was quiet and I felt safe when I walked around outside at night

This was an entirely different hotel from when I last stayed...We were safe and not bothered by anyone, but transients (drugs) are definitely housed here. The water and water pressure were great -- but the rooms do not have dishes, coffee makers, nor cookery, and they use too! This location is definitely neglected because of the new location across the highway..

Our room for 2 nights was not clean ... it smelled overpoweringly awful - like pet feces and urine. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced. We would have asked for a different room, but the hotel was overbooked for the weekend and the front desk was turning people who had reservations away. And there was no shampoo or soap in the bathroom, and there were not enough bath towels or washcloths ... had to go buy all of those items from a nearby Target.

The front desk staff was wonderful. However, if you need to check in late or want a personal check out in the morning, this is not the hotel for you. There is no one staffing the front desk after 10 p.m. and no one there when we checked out just before 8 a.m. on a Saturday. The elevator was clean. That is the nicest thing I can say about the hotel. We were traveling as a family of six and needed a hotel on very short notice, and this was one of the only options. If you have another option, I suggest you pursue it.

The hotel itself looks a bit rundown. But truly, our worst experience was with our room. We stayed in one of the suites, which needed much upkeep. It was especially dirty. There were hairs on our blankets and in between the bedsheets. There were stains on the ceilings and the walls. There were even roaches in the room. When we try talking to someone in the front desk, there was hardly anyone there. We also tried calling more than once and no one answered the call to the front desk. I have pictures of everything.
