When I checked in I was asked how often I wanted room cleaned I said every other day. They never cleaned it. The TV was on its last legs & was very dark. Remote didn’t work unless standing in front of tv. Buttons didn’t work. Sound stayed on after shutting off. I I received a text from them asking about stay. I told them about tv and there not being any sample things like lotion etc and was asked if they could come check the tv I said sure but let them know I wasn’t there. They never came. Asked at front desk for creamer and equal since they weren’t cleaning my room next day. They said sure they would send housekeeping up but they never came. Aftter 4 hours i obtained from restaurant. (Where I could have gone originally) when checking out to with luggage 1 elevator was being worked on but other elevator wasn’t working so I called the front desk and after two calls front desk “Telly” said it was on the 3d floor but doors weren’t opening. I called back and she sent my phone directly to vm. I called back over 10 times and each time she immediately placed me into voice mail. Finally I asked someone who was cleaning a room who showed me another elevator around the corner. When I went down to front desk & asked why she didn’t tell me there was another elevator she said “that’s the employee elevator”. Admittedly I was not nice & told her not to have a nice day. Stress not necessary with luggage and time to go to airport. Telly should be reprimanded.
