Muy lamentable que una franquicia como Ramada esté en unas condiciones tan precarias, olor a cigarro y otras “cosas” en la zona de no fumadores, hongos por doquier en cortinas de baño y de ventanas, muy sucio el ambiente, pagué por una habitación doble cama con desayuno y no había desayuno, en fin, muy decepcionado de mi estadía allí, y lamento tener que decirlo, pero no volveré a optar por esta opción y mucho menos lo recomendaría a nadie.

Check in fue horrible . Muy mal servicio . la habitación olía a cigarro y a marijuana en una habitación para no fumadores . En general toda la experiencia fue la peor .

Not only did I immediately request to be checked out but, even upon sharing the pictures of the I cleaned room crawling with roaches the staff did not seem to care. Additionally, they charged me the full stay although my stay was briefer than 10 minutes.

I asked for a non smoking room. They gave me a no smoking room thatbsmelled like smoke with a ash tray in it.... they gave me another room that was non smoking and it smelled much better. I went to take a shower and found that the tub was nasty with soap scum, the drain was stopped up and i found a roach on the bed side table. We left our room around 6am and returned around 7pm. My key card wouldn't work for my door, we go downstairs to get another card and the man came to open the door with a regular key. I asked if i could get another key card and he told me no because the lock was broken and he told me he wasnt going to be coming back and forth to open my door every time i left my room. It was the worse ever. I dont recommend this place to anybody. They dont even have a microwave of fridge in the room.

I did not stay at the property. I drove up to it for my reservation and noticed how rundown it looked. Felt very unsafe. There was visible damage to the building outside and some of the windows and doors to rooms had damage on them. I didn't even check-in.

STAY AWAY!!!! This property was horrible. the owner and desk workers were horribly rude. My room barely locked, reeked of cigarette smoke after I booked a non smoking room, had bugs in the room, no smoke detector, mold in the bathtub, and so, SO much more. They refused to give me a refund stating if I didn’t like it I should leave. Horrible service and unsafe accommodations. Stay far away. Travelers BEWARE!!!

Nightmare hotel
Any other hotel has got to be a better choice than this one. Located in a bad area. We checked in and immediately were uncomfortable walking to the room. The room was in horrible condition. Bathroom covered in dozens of cigarette burns, sheets blood stained, and the mattresses were frightening. Also, the microwave had previously caught fire and was still in the room I’m guessing because it’s still worked? We left the room keys on the table and immediately left and took the $80 loss. The name Ramada Whyndam was very deceiving. I would give this “0” stars if it was possible. Drove 15 minutes down the road to a beautiful holiday inn express bwi airport and got a room for $120 with free hot breakfast! The difference was night and day!

I liked about the property is my kids were able to swim at pool & mingle w/other children I’m not sure if they had rooms here but the kids did have fun. Also, the hotel is close to where I needed to go at for the evening. Upon arrival to the hotel, they were a young couple, blocking the door to get in outside arguing was getting to room number one there was a dirty bedding in the bathroom has mold all in it. Room number two the tub appears as someone had just used it. You can see the dirt right at the drain the ceiling head peeling paint and appears to have mold in it that big covering had burn holes in it as well, and the room smells as if, the carpet had been wet and not clean properly. The AC unit is so dirty that when you turn it on you can see particles coming through. It appears that the filter has never been cleaned. The third room had mold in the shower on the shower curtain. There’s scum all around the tub the iron was missing. None of the rooms had a refrigerator nor microwave. There’s no ice machine anywhere near & said that there was breakfast There’s a sign no breakfast temporary down. There was a man that kept walking all around the whole facility over & over again.I asked him was he a security and he refused to answer so all night I have been watching my car due to the window in the room next door had been busted open. There’s a lot of weird activity going on at this hotel that gives me vibes such as drugs being sold and prostitution

Put it this way the price was great, but the bathroom was awful. I guess you could say you get what you pay for. The bathroom looked dirty around the toilet and the shower curtain was brown looking. I will never stay there again.
