Este compacto rowhome 1BR Baltimore es perfecto para una pareja, pero puede acomodar hasta 5 amigos / familia con dos sofás cama en la sala de estar. Recién remodelado de arriba a abajo con características de lujo en todas partes: vestidor, ducha a ras de suelo con bañera separada, cafetera Ninja, bañera de hidromasaje, lavadora / secadora y más. También se incluyen de forma gratuita Wifi, TV por cable / Netflix / HBO, café, lavandería, toallas y sábanas. Estoy recibiendo misiones tranquilas y respetuosas de todos los orígenes.

El dormitorio y el baño se encuentran en la planta superior, la lavadora / secadora en el sótano y la bañera de hidromasaje en el patio trasero, muy privado.

Además de la lujosa cama de matrimonio en el segundo piso, hay dos sofás-cama muy cómodos en la sala de estar (uno completo, uno doble). La casa puede alojar hasta 5 personas.

Ubicada en un vecindario tranquilo y seguro, esta casa adosada bañada por el sol se encuentra a poca distancia del muelle de Fells Point y de la vida nocturna, así como del campus médico Johns Hopkins. El puerto interior, el centro de convenciones y el centro de la ciudad están a solo 2 millas de distancia, $ 10 por Uber. Estás literalmente a la vuelta de la esquina de Patterson Park, uno de los espacios verdes urbanos más fantásticos del país.

¡La manera más agradable de moverse por Fells Point es caminar! De lo contrario, la parada del autobús urbano al centro de la ciudad está a 5 minutos a pie. Great Property

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was awesome, attentive and quick to respond. Its a great location and the owner really thought of everything one might need during their stay. The hot tub was an added bonus. We would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay here!

My son and I stayed three nights at this property. It was one of the best VRBO bookings we have done. It was perfect for the two of us. So clean, and had everything we needed. Our host, Brandon, has thought of everything. He was also super helpful, and communicated with us before, during, and after our trip. Can’t get any better. We will look forward to returning again!

Butchers Hill Haven

We had a fantastic home. After many VRBO stays, hands down, this was the most accommodating. The home was charming, clean, and extremely well appointed. We loved it. In addition, Brandon was an attentive host, checking in to see if needed anything. Overall, a great stay!

A cozy stay while in Baltimore

A cozy stay while in Baltimore. Patterson Park was just down the street which was a nice area to walk around. Broadway market was just a 20 minute walk that had many restaurants and clubs. But would Uber it at night to get back. Brandon was a super host who was attentive and quick to any questions or needs that we had. Lastly, the hot tub was a great evening escape after exploring the Baltimore area. Would stay here again.

All the amenities

Two night stay to visit with my son, daughter-in-law and new grandson after they moved to Baltimore. Brandon was wonderful. He checked in how the stay was going and asked if I needed anything. The apartment is very well-appointed, having all required items including cold filtered water in the fridge! I didn’t try the hot tub, but the solar lights outback would have made it a lovely experience! I plan to stay again in future visits!

Brandon's property was a perfect fit for us - clean, efficient, plenty of amenities, and most of all close to Family and a great urban experience. It's a perfect fit for a couple and has all the comforts of home. We will definitely stay here again when our travels bring us to Baltimore.

Always amazing

Absolutely love this place! every attention to detail is made. Brandon is just such a pleasure and great host. Super clean and super appointed, cozy, and in a quiet lovely neighborhood---yet CLOSE to all things Baltimore. Patterson Park is a historical beautiful gem and the harbor waters are equally as close. Who doesn't want a hot tub soak after a day of exploring?! Yummy restaurants all around and tons of convenient shopping. Hope to be back soon!

Modern, updated townhouse in Upper Fells

Our host, Brandon, provided us a wonderful home convenient to so much of Baltimore from the Upper Fells Point neighborhood. It’s a beautiful home with all the amenities you could want or need. We have stayed here on more than one occasion and Brandon has made sure that we were well taken care of each time. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Baltimore and staying at Brandon’s again!

Great weekend getaway!

Brandon's home was perfect for our weekend "staycation". Great location, in non-covid times this spot is walking distance to lots of attractions. And in covid times, it's walking distance to some great take-out options and right next to Patterson Park, which is a huge urban park with lots of room to social distance. The house is a bit small for a larger group or longer stay, but it was perfect for me and my husband. The bathroom is excellent. And the hot tub is a great perk! Five stars all around!

Staycation for Hot Tub

I live in Baltimore, but grew up in California, and spent most of my life in the Bay Area. After almost four years, I really needed to soak. Jordan, the property manager, is very friendly and accommodating. The row house is small, even for a row house, so it is more like an apartment, but he has all kinds of convenient little accomodations there for those who need them, from electric wine opener, to games, to echo dot for voice automation. The hot tub, was more a warm tub by my standards, because I am used to older tubs before they lowered the max temperature of hot tubs again. Jordan came over personally to heat the tub, so I had at least one soak that was a true hot tub, instead of a warm. I loved it. It was so needed. The tub ostensibly fits four, but as a someone over 6' tall, and weighing 200 lbs, I'd say it really fits, only two comfortably. Of course, your mileage may vary. ;) I hadn't soaked in so long, that i literally spent over 6 hours in the tub. If I had rented by the hour, it would have cost more than it did to rent this very clean and well featured, row home (apartment.) Too, it's a great location for those new to Baltimore that want to explore Fells Point, or even Canton.
