Absolutely terrible host is dumb

We arrived to find out they had double booked our stay, the number provided is not in service so thank god the people that already were staying had a working number. Host said they were on a plane and couldn’t communicate? Weird but ok. Co-host acted like she was helping but really is a scammer and a terrible dumb one at that. Vrbo support was very understanding and very helpful but definitely would not rent this place. The entire property should be removed and owners should be banned.

Borderline Scam- We made the most of it

Wow- I don't even know where to start with this review. Everything in this house reflects that they got nearly 85% of the way there... and then just stopped. I was in town with family, and our stay at this property was quite a journey- one that was initially very alarming, very frustrating, and very inconvenient. However, we made the most of it, and we were ultimately able to enjoy the weekend together. I was in frequent communication with the property management from the moment we stepped foot into the house and I've relayed all of these concerns to Vrbo and property management. The positives- Enough space for a family/group tp spread out and be comfortable. The neighbors are really lovely and kind. The shower pressure is surprisingly good, the water gets nice and hot and there was also shampoo, conditioner and body was stocked in the shower. The negatives: (in order of how I noticed them, not in order of how alarming they are) Front porch light doesn’t work Dangerous front porch steps -uneven and extremely rickety Poison ivy right on the front steps by the railing No wine as promised in the listing title... Ac broken -set to 70 but was 73 when we arrived (It was a new AC unit, but it wasn't working and it was a whole fiasco where a repair man came 2 days in). Fans in the back two bedrooms don’t work Ice maker doesn’t work and neither does water from the fridge Some Windows with no screens Fan blades in back bedroom caked with thick dust layer Gold Light downstairs is busted (one of the three arms is broken) and the fixture doesn’t even have bulbs.... No house number…. Had to look at other units to see it was 618 Tv remotes- downstairs tv had to be reprogramed to work- this took lots of time and energy. Bed frame in back room is incredibly slanted on multiple legs Windows not locked when we arrived and maybe were open Front porch level windows right by the front door doesn’t lock -lock is broken on at least 1 Right Window in upstairs bedroom also doesn’t lock Wifi kept disconnecting Bathroom door is incredibly squeaky -wakes everyone up through the house -Coffee pot handle is broken and you have to pick the pot up with a towel- extremely dangerous (!!!) -only one dishwasher pod for detergent -trash cans over flowing outside of the house and management said this is something they’d do (neighbors were very unhappy about this) -the front doorknob- doesn’t even have a lock- just the smart lock Stay at your own risk...

This was the most fraudulent listing I can imagine and should be reviewed by any site which has it listed. The porch and stairs were unsafe and moved when walked on. The sheets were stained, carpets were stained, touchable surfaces dirty and covered with fingerprints, there was excrement on the walls! There were mouse holes in the baseboards. The floor was unsafe with pockets of air under the linoleum (trip hazard). The area had NO parking and was ghetto with businesses having barred windows and doors and people all hanging on the corner liquor store around the corner, There is simply no words to described the meth lab like neighbors trashy back yard. The host was rude and wouldn’t intertwined the severity of this misleading listing. Fortunately Expedia team resolved with vrbo and got us a hotel for the night so we could make plans for the remainder of the stay. This place is a nightmare and the listing is a sham, no parking, dirty, unsafe, unfriendly. The $5 bottle of wine was not enough to make one stay here for any expense. If you are considering this property… Don’t do it!

Hidden gem!

This property absolutely exceeds your expectations. It was a amazing experience I will definitely be going back! The host was very responsive and accommodating. Worth the price .
