Room was very large and loved the bathroom overlooking a small private planted courtyard. the view across the lake from the pool is amazing and a great place to relax. food was very good and the spa massage was also very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. we had the inclusive package which was amazing value for what we paid”

“The staff is very friendly but management is occasionally unavailable to assist. When we arrived our reservation couldn't be located by the inexperienced front desk clerks. But we did get resolution with the manager who was accommodating. Our room was missing the AC controller so we had to tolerate a warm room for the first night. “A great choice in Vang Vieng. The shipping container rooms are novel, comfortable, clean and cool. (I think Mr Kong is a bit of a genius.) Good AC, comfortable beds, nice showers, OK breakfast (but you'll need to grab a decent coffee nearby at Kiwi, or a 10 minute walk to wonderful Naked). The location is great. “Had an excellent 3 day stay here. Beautiful location, excellent staff, and the restaurant served up delicious food as well. Slightly on the edge of town, but city center was just a 10-15 min walk away. And the hotel offers a free shuttle in if you don’t feel like walking. ”
