“Outside of property needs maintenance but inside was clean and comfortable. Would like to have written instructions for tv and dvd. It took quite some time to figure out the tv and we never did figure out the dvd. There is only one small towel bar in the bathroom, it would be nice for at least one more bar and/or some hooks. Laura responded very quickly to our maintenance issue.”

“Communication on how to check in was awful. I received an email "here are your keys" but nothing about how to get in. Got there and there was a lock box but we never got a code. Side door was open (lock is broken) so we got in but could see people were living there... very scary. Contacted vrbo and found out that our rental was actually around the side of the garage (not in sight). So we were in somebody else's house. The host needs to have separate addresses for the two places like A and B, and...
