“The room is clean and comfortable. It is a little small, so you are on top of each other, but if you are aware of it, it's totally fine. My husband is quite tall, and the shower head was not, so he didn't love the shower but I had no issues with it. We would stay again!”

“On-site manager happened to be present on the property and was very helpful. The actual name of the units were different than the Expedia listing. It is not called “Retro beach experience,” so it was somewhat confusing. All communication seems to be through the large property management as there was no open office - just a phone number. so So if the manager & some staff hadn’t been there, we would have had a harder time searching e-mail messages / texts about how to get in. “Just what we needed”

“This is a completely automated check in. There are also sound recording sensor on one of the outlet in the rooms that are there if let the management know if there is load noises. The room advertises what automated system they are using so I was able to look up the sensor. It claims it does not record but monitors if the sound level is to high and reports it to the management. I do not know if I believe that, but I thought I would let others know.”

“WiFi was fine, but we would lose the TV WiFi after about 30 minutes of viewing. Happened both nights. The lock to get in was also really, really touchy. Often had to go through 6-8 attempts. Guests in the unit next door never could get it to work, so we helped them. Offering earplugs would be good. The road noise is bad there.”

“Spacious two bedroom two bath unit close to everything. Host communication was very prompt. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bandon.”

“We had a rough start- one of our two rooms’ codes was wrong. We spent about 20 minutes trying to speak to the right management company. Once connected (thanks to the Avari agent we spoke to!!) we were able to get a different code quickly.One room had a pretty gross smell. Sheets/bed was clean. An okay place to spend a single night on a road trip. Definitely not a destination.”
