  • The Cedar is a two bedroom, two bathroom, self-contained suite with a private entrance. The perfect getaway for two couples, a few friends, or a family. Located at the foot of Tunnel Mountain in Banff, 3-5 minute walk to downtown, the beach on the Bow river and the Banff Centre. The Cedar is the ideal, centrally located, private retreat after a full day of sightseeing, hiking, and skiing, or it can be your Banff hideaway where you can relax and have some down time. Two private, off street parking stalls at the rear of the property are provided! We hope you choose The Cedar for your next holiday!

Excellent place to stay. Very clean and nicely upkept. Really appreciated the stocked coffee supplies. Location couldn’t be beat. Would highly recommend.

The Cedar was exactly what we needed for our stay in Banff. Check in and out were easy. The hosts were very responsive to our requests during our stay. The location and views were perfect. The Cedar has been well maintained, the cleanliness and appearance are exactly what you see advertised, and hosts are the best.

The property was very clean. The beds and linens were excellent. Plenty of hot water. The refrigerator is too small for four people. We enjoyed Banff. Public parking is very expensive in Banff..

We had the most fantastic time at Shauna's. Communication fantastic, location fantastic, accommodation absolutely perfect. Just beautiful. Would recommend 100% to anyone who wants the perfect stay in Banff.

Great location, and very comfortable, with off street parking and local info. Would not want to do much cooking in the kitchen, but there are plenty of restaurants close.

There were 2 couples that stayed here. I loved that we each had our own bathroom off our bedrooms. The Kitchen had everything we needed. There is no stovetop but there was a hot plate that we used, and it was perfect. The only thing was the refrigerator was really small. The table in the kitchen was nice not just to eat but to play cards. The front porch had a beautiful view of the mountains a great place for morning coffee, or a nightcap. The walk to downtown was an easy 5 minutes, the location was perfect. I had a few questions for the owners and they always responded promptly. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely Perfect!!

Such an adorable little cabin. Everything was perfect. Host was great to communicate, location is amazing and the place was perfectly clean. We enjoyed our short time there and will for sure stay here again.

Great spot right in town.

Lovely property just a couple of blocks from Banff Ave. Walking distance to everything. Quick access to art trail and Tunnel Mountain hiking trail. Wonderful views. Would definitely stay again. Shauna is a great host.

Perfect Location

A great location with plenty of space for two couples and a large parking space. Perfect to walk to everything in town and some local hikes.

Great location, very clean

We stayed here for 3 nights. Great location to walk downtown as parking is hard to find. House was super clean, had everything we needed. Definitely recommend, would stay here again!

What a great place to stay in Banff! Short walk to downtown and the Bow River. The communication with the host was great, always responded quickly. The space was clean and perfect for two couples. There were also nice little extras, snacks and bear spray! Would highly recommend staying here.

Spring Break in Banff

We had a wonderful week in Banff. The location of the unit was perfect for walking into town and plenty of parking. The unit was clean and bight. We were very comfortable during our stay.
