This is a great hotel, great location and very clean and comfortable rooms. The check in and check out staff however are very rude and made the check in and check out difficult.

The staff at the grand 5 plaza hotel really care about their guest and the hotel is well organized with security guard on site 24 hrs and house keeping staff really care about the cleanliness of the guest rooms. Overall great experience with this hotel and will book a room here when i return to Thailand..

Very nice hotel. Looks pretty new and in good condition. Clean and well managered. Good location and not much noice from outside. Friendly staff. I had a very nice stay there! Just one thing annoyed me: In the room there were three different types of water bottles. Two types of glass bottles and one type of plastic bottles. I read the pricelist very carefully twice to make sure which ones were the complimentary ones. The two types of glass bottles was both listed at the rooms pricelist while the plastic ones were not, so I supposed the plastic ones not listed was complimentary. However upon checking out I was told that the ones listed at 50 baht at the price list was actually the complimentary ones, and the plastic water bottles I had taken was priced 50 baht each. So I had to pay 100 baht for two small plastic bottles of water which is 7 baht at 7-11.

Very accommodating Room
I had to go to get dental work done so the hotel was very close. Centrally located so i felt i was in a good spot. The stores down stairs were nice and there is a market store very close to buy wayers and snacks. The room was very good and no issues to report. I would stay again for sure.

Have stay 4 - 5 times. Good location, basic amenities. Wifi needs to be upgraded, often cuts off and have to login time and again.

not so good experience
Big room, nice location, security guard is good, but even 5 stars Hotel didn't ask for deposit, we already paid our Accommodation costs via HOTEL.CON, why need to pay deposit. By the way, the room is allow to smoke, but window can't open.

Have stayed several times at this hotel; selected mainly due to very convenient location on Sukhumvit Soi 5. Many restaurants, shops, easy access to BTS Nana Station. 4 year old hotel, so no musty odor or feel, but amenities and room facilities are not plush; just basic as to what hotel can get by at cheapest price to them. Bed and towels are good. Price is also very attractive for what you get.

Central but not easy to find
Not easy to find though it’s very central but there is one small main door to the shopping center and hotel reception is on first floor.
