Our worst experience in Thailand
We arrived at 22:00 hours just to have dinner and sleep, as we had to wake up at 05:00 AM to take the plane back home. They told us to ask for room service as the restaurant was already closed, and they said they would take 30 minutes to serve us. We ordered the meal. 5 minutes later, we received a call to say they had no burgers. Ok, we change the order. After another 5 minutes, they call again to say they don't have pie. Ok, we change. Food arrives at 23:30 hours. The spaguetti smell strong, but we do not pay much attention. Error. After 30 minutes, my daughter starts throwing up and does for the next 36 hours, during the night and the flight, so much that she has to be taken to he hospital in Qatar, where we should take the transit flight. Doctors said it is food poisoning. The reception clerk said he would report about the restaurant but that there's nothing he could do. He said someone would contact us but nobody did it.

Excelente hotel a las afueras de Bangkok
Nos hemos alojado sólo una noche en este hotel para dormir en un lugar cercano al aeropuerto, ya que sólo ibamos a pasar una noche en la ciudad. Nos vinieron a buscar al aeropuerto con transporte del hotel gratuito y nos llevaron al día siguiente a la terminal. El trato ha sido muy amable por parte del staff. La habitación, es un apartamento, con todo tipo de detalles, muy amplio y silencioso.

the staff is not professional. Thete are with no experience and this leads to many failures and things that do not work.

Hervorragender Airport Shuttlebus Service.Super Fahrer ! Wir bekamen ein Upgrade. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Tolle Golfplatzatmosphäre. Gutes Frühstück inklusive. Minuspunkte : Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. (Fassade , Interieur) Alles im Gesamtpaket aber dennoch positiv zu bewerten und zu empfehlen. Wir haben es für eine Erholungsnacht vor dem langen Rückflug gebucht und würden nächste mal bestimmt auch eine Runde Golf spielen.

Wonderful golf resort! The room I stayed in was large and luxurious. It was the size of a condo and had a kitchen area with washer/dryer, and a large refrigerator. The living room and outdoor patio area were comfortable with great views of the golf course. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, as well as having very good English! They arranged for taxi service for me to the next city I was traveling to, and accommodated my bags while I played golf. The massage I received was very relaxing and with excellent technique. The breakfast included with my stay had many options and was very good. My dinner in the restaurant was excellent, and my round of golf was wonderful (except my poor play that day). My caddie, Fon, was a pleasure to have as my guide. I highly recommend Summit Windmill as a residence while visiting Bangkok, or as a golf vacation destination.

It is not really close to anything of interest in Bangkok but what is. Tough city to get around easily. Staff was excellent but the office screwed up on the airport shuttle and we had to pay for a taxi one way. Otherwise the hotel is great.

The hotel is located outside the city center and close to the airport BKK. So it is usually very quiet here and you can relax well. My room was very large and well furnished. The breakfast buffet had a sufficient selection but not adequate for a 5 star hotel. The hotel pool is very small. The hotel is best suited for a short stay in Bangkok.

Good for a layover to Bangkok
The staff are very friendly and welcoming, however, for a 5-star hotel, there were several things lacking. For one, communication was difficult at times. Most 5-star hotels have staff that speak English quite well, especially in the restaurants and concierge/reception. However, this was not the case. I had to email several times explaining the same thing over and over before my arrival. I had a hard time explaining what I wanted to order from room service and finally had to give the number of the dish I wanted. Secondly, although the rooms are super spacious and the beds are quite comfortable, the room smelled a bit musty. Also, the second shower flooded immediately. We called to have them fix it, and a man came with a plunger. He was there only a few minutes and left. No word as to whether it was fixed or not. We had to call the housekeeping to have them clean the massive flooding on the floor. When it was cleaned, no one called to tell us if we could use it or not. Also, we had the Do Not Disturb on our door and Housekeeping knocked at night, waking us up. The property is beautiful and super convenient if you need an overnight stay in Bangkok before a flight (as we did), and the shuttle service is very convenient and free, which was great. But for a five-star hotel, they need much better training and much better service.

Overnight in Bangkok
Overnight stay in Bangkok before going onto Kuala Lumpur. Hotel was better than expected. It was more like having our own apartment at the resort. Would definitely recommend

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Close to airport so super convenient for a quick overnight stay. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are super spacious. Beds slightly hard but overall very nice place to stay.
