Primary suite with king bed, Smart TV, spa-style bath (double vanity, walk-in shower, bidet). Half bath with washer/dryer. Covered deck off the main level overlooks a quiet forested backdrop—private yet close to town.

Upper Level:
Two queen bedrooms, each with a Smart TV, sharing a full bath (shower, vanity, toilet).

Lower Level (game lounge + suite):
Entertainment hub with shuffleboard, arcade cabinet (Pac-Man, Galaga & classics), board games, bar, big Smart TV, and gas fireplace. Separate queen bedroom + full bath. Deck access leads directly to the covered 6-person hot tub on the patio pad below.

Two covered decks surrounded by trees provide shade in summer and a cozy perch year-round. The lower patio is home to the 6-person hot tub, covered by the deck above so you can soak even when it’s raining or snowing.

Location
Quiet, woodsy street with a secluded feel and few nearby neighbors, yet convenient to Beech Mountain skiing, Banner Elk, hiking trailheads, and mountain attractions along the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Guest access
Guests have the full home and decks/patio. Smart lock with a unique code.

Pets
Up to 2 dogs allowed; $75 per dog (pre-approval required). Please observe house rules and leash laws.

Parking
Driveway fits 3 medium vehicles. Winter weather is common—AWD/4WD recommended in snow/ice.

House rules (summary)
No parties or smoking. Registered guests only. Quiet hours after 10pm. Follow posted hot tub guidelines.
