Place is clean. The apartment location inside the building not convenient because are far from the parking lots. Not coffee and dishwasher not soap or any shower soap in the bathrooms

This was the worst condo I’ve ever witnessed in North Carolina. The owner needs to do several things number one update your decorations, which is petty, but it’s true paint deep clean. It was so dirty. There was poop stain on the bed. What seem to be sperm? I spent the whole night wiping the place down and washing laundry, there was no heat until the morning of day too and it was 10 outside. We had to wear our snow gear to bed. The TV barely worked. We had to login in the living room only in the bedroom were there, but there was no devices to use to make TV come on , we moved on too. I hope no one has to experience vacation like this. I’m a hard-working woman and when I go somewhere, I do not want to have to clean a whole unit as the first day of my vacation. Shame on the owner for not paying more attention.

The condo was a perfect location on Beech Mountain. The walk from the parking lot to the condo was longer than expected but it was no problem for us. The condo had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay on Beech Mountain. We will stay again if we are in the area.

We loved this condo only issue was confusion with parking but once we figured that out we were happy with location and how quiet the condo was especially for a first floor unit.

Condo was fine...very clean and comfortable beds. Oven may need to be replaced...takes over 30 mins to preheat.Now the poor rating comes from trying to locate the unit. Nothing is clearly marked. No directions to the unit. Beware checking in at dark because the lighting is terrible. No light at gate code. Little or no signage and lights to find your unit. Be prepared to walk a long ways to unload your car as well as there are steps even though it's first floor. View is not the picture instead the tennis courts. The absolute worst laid out property I've ever stayed in. Do not arrive after dark...took me 30 minutes to find unit.

Upon arrival we found that the condo was not very clean. We found used soap in the shower, dishes in the dishwasher and crumbs on the countertop among other things. I immediately reached out to the booking agent and got generic responses and was told I would get an update. Never happened! Condo access is not very convenient from the parking lot, it’s a little bit of a maze. The furniture in living room is wore and needs replacing. The king size bed is very high which will make it difficult to get in if shorter. The tv in that room also did not work. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place.

We loved the condo. It was clean and comfortable. I do not like Roku TV -it does not support my streaming network Dish TV. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and serving ware. The washer and dryer worked excellently. We took lots of mountains drives and enjoyed the area. Communication with property management was Buick and helpful. The reason for 4 stars is getting into the unit required going through another section and stairs. Tha alternative wast to take out luggage down a grassy area and then only 3 stairs. We needed an elevator.

We have stayed at Pinnacle before and enjoyed our stay. The description of our two prior stays was accurate, but the location and the difficulty getting to this unit were not great.There were lots of stairs and lots of walking. We had to contact the help center for help getting into the unit. Lock did not work in the door. You had to put in the code fast to get it to work and there many numbers. Could not get into the king size bed as I am short. Not impressed. So sorry.

The condo was lovely and had everything we needed for our short stay. I did have issues with hair on the sheets and was assured they were fresh. Thankfully there was a washer and dryer there so I ended up washing them irregardless. Other than that, it was good. We loved watching the deer right off the balcony.

The outside of the complex is looking worn down but the owner has done a good job of keeping the inside of the unit in great condition. The pool/hottub recreation area was also well maintained.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The temps never got out of the sixties. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, the fire place is real, the master bed's a bit creaky and the high chairs on the balcony are comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Updated condo with everything we needed!

Had a great stay here, very clean! Not too many places to eat in the area, so it was nice to have a place to bring our groceries and cook/prepare meals.Close to Grandfather Mountain. Otter Falls Trail was the real gem nearby.My kids found the pool and hot tub to be very “retro.” They had fun taking pics. Pool house was clean.

The condo was very nice. The difficult part was getting to it once on site! There were not directions on how to get to the unit from the parking lot(s). It was extremely confusing. My advice would be to give a map and/or written directions to the unit. Otherwise, awesome stay.

Enjoyable time away

Enjoyed a few days away. Very quiet place and felt like a home away from home. Had 1 issue with something not working right, but maintenance came quickly and fixed. We have already planned to come back this fall to stay again.

Great place and excellent location. Walkable to a lot of fun activities! Our family had a great time. Activity center was a hit for our kids that are 4 and 8.

Great stay on Beech Mountain

We had a great stay at this condo. Everything was clean and the listing was accurate. Would definitely stay again if we visit Beech Mountain. Thank you for a great mini vacation !

Great stay

The complex is a bit older but this unit was very well decorated and felt updated and cozy. Very spacious and perfect for 4 people. Only 4 minutes from Beech Mountain slopes, which was very continent and just up the hill from a great pizza shop. Loved the amenities including hot tub, sauna, steam room, and indoor pool. Only complaint would be that the amenities building opened at 9:30am and closed at 10pm. There were multiple moments when my friends and I wanted to go in earlier and/or later

Great place to relax after a day on the slopes!

We truly enjoyed the redone condo after skiing each day. It is one of the few places I have found there that has a King bed which is nice! Our daughter enjoyed having her own room to relax in. We played the games that were in the condo and cooked in kitchen. The kitchen had all the pots/pans and utensils we needed!
