  • Refreshing mountain adventures and warm nights cuddled up on the couch await at this cozy one bathroom, studio condo in beautiful High Country! We are pet friendly ($35 pet fee)! This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a welcoming living space inviting you to unwind. Spend your days hiking through Emerald Outback Trails, doing slaloms down Beech Mountain, tasting local wines at the vineyards, or cruising on mountain biking trails. No matter what brings you to Beech Mountain, this condo makes the perfect home base!

    Whether you're here to work remotely or to hit the slopes with family and friends, this beautiful mountain condo is ideally located and packed with convenient amenities to suit everyone's needs.

    GENERAL: Linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, extra pillows & blankets, hangers, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap.
    FAQ: 4WD recommended in winter, best suited for 2-4 guests

    PARKING: Gravel parking lot specific to the Holiday Beech Villas Guests. ONE parking hang tag is provided for guests and must be visible during your stay. If not visible, you risk getting your car towed.
    ***PLEASE REMEMBER TO PUT PARKING HANG TAG BACK ON THE KITCHEN COUNTER BEFORE CHECKING OUT!! In the event the parking pass is not put back, there is a $20 REPLACEMENT FEE TAKEN OUT OF YOUR DEPOSIT.
    ***Upon arrival, you will walk to the second building (Unit G) found on your lefthand side where you'll find a set of about 10 steps, at the bottom of the steps you'll see the door to The Cozy Beech ahead of you.

Property was very clean. We were very happy with the area it was located & close to everything we needed. Also love, the fact that they allowed our sweet golden doodle to join us. Would definitely rent the place again.

Can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our time here. It was an easy walk to the slopes and the perfect place to decompress afterwards!

Wonderful Mountain Apartment

First time staying at Beech Mountain and would love to spend more time there. The apartment was perfect for our stay and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great place to relax!

Perfect place to stay for a nice relaxing time. The amenities were over the top. The bed was one of the most comfortable of anywhere I have stayed. Perfect stay for folks traveling with small dogs.

Beautiful condo

This place is just as pictured, easy to acces, close to the restaurants and slopes (even though we were sad because they were still closed). The decor is very cute, with plenty of confy blankets. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway

LOVED our stay here. It was super cozy and accommodating. The outside balcony was so relaxing and a lovely place to drink coffee in the morning. This was our first trip ever to Beech Mountain and will definitely be coming back to stay here in the future!

Comfortable place

First timers using VRBO. Very nice stay for the week of Christmas to see our grandkids. We've already talked about using same place again for a spring trip and possibly coming back to see the Oz festival in the fall.

Absolutely Awesome

The room was great, fit my wife and our kids perfectly. And it was a three minute drive to the ski resort. We will definitely stay here everytime we go to the resort.

Clean! Responsive owners!

This is definitely a small place but could easily hold four people comfortably. It was very clean but a little dated, but who cares, you’re there to snowboard, mountain bike, or just spend time in the mountains. I would stay in this condo again for sure!

A great place to ride out a storm

My husband and I set out for a week at Beech and were not disappointed with our stay. The condo is well equipped, the location is great, and the view is lovely. When we got stuck during Hurricane Helene, it was also a great place to be. We were centrally located to town, the ski resort, and had a great group of neighbors to lean on while riding out a crisis.

Super cute condo highly recommend

Condo was clean and just the perfect little place for a weekend getaway without the kiddos. We did not bring our dog but I appreciated how they even had welcoming accommodations for the fur babies. Price was very reasonable as well. Would absolutely stay there again

So clean and cozy! A great getaway!

We had a great time staying in the Cozy Beech Condo! It had everything we needed to destress and enjoy the mountains. It was so clean! Sitting on the deck and enjoying the cool air was perfect for our morning coffee. The bed was so comfy and we slept great every night. Thank you for sharing your place with us and our little fur baby.

Winter Mountain Getaway

All was great. Check in was easy. Location to Beech Mtn Ski Resort was great. Easy drive or short walking distance. Condo was very clean with everything my wife and I needed. Location was easy to get to and very quite. We would definitely stay there again. PS. Owners were very responsive and helpful.

Walking distance to Beech Mountain Ski Resort!

This the perfect property if you are visiting the ski resort! If you follow the gravel drive it will take straight to the ski resort without any hills. The wildlife in the area is amazing! We enjoyed watching the deer frolicking around the resort while drinking our coffee on the deck. We slept well on the memory foam mattress and super soft sheets. We’ll definitely be back!
