“The property is very nice , with beautiful gardens. But the bathrooms stinks, the person in charge is very hostile, bitter and not kind at all. Also in a hotel near the airport it is quite impractical that they do not offer breakfast, not even a simple one and one has to walk almost 20 minutes to get a coffee. Hard to believe that in such a property they cannot offer at least fruit, a toast and coffee. ”

“There was mix up with our room. Got cancelled without us knowing. Phoned to try and cancel but we were told we couldn't get a refund if we did even though it was within the time limit of cancellation. We obviously didn't cancel and rocked up to find the room that they allocated to us was occupied and we needed another room. Luckily there was one available but we had to pay at the time. “Broken windows- it was up the whole time, the room faces the main road with heavy traffic, therefore sleep was impossible. Communication was poor, inadequate instructions to get into the bldg. I was only given the code to the room, not the bldg. Manager emailed me a photo copy of the emailed instructions after I asked her.
