Overall the stay was great.The check-in process is terrible. The information states check-in anytime after 4...our room was not ready until 5:30. We had groceries that needed to be refrigerated. I recommend improvement in check-in process. room was

Good stay

Nice property, a/c did not work the first night, but was fixed the next day. Our students mainly stayed here to use the waterparks. If we knew just how far away that was, we probably would’ve stayed in a closer building we averaged 12,000 to 15,000 steps a day, which did allow us to eat all the yummy food offered at the resort.

Club Wyndham Glacier Canyon AMAZING!

Our family felt welcome from the second we arrived. Great customer service, beautiful condo. Our only issue was the shower in the master had wear and tear which made it appear unclean. Recommend an update. We loved the water parks and Klondike Kitchen!

Condo at Wilderness

If you're looking for a unit large enough to accommodate two families while still be attached to the indoor waterpark facilities, this will do. Could use some extra linens that fit the beds and master bath could use some updating, but it works.
