The Villa has everything that you need, great pool, fully stocked kitchen, check in process was easy, the owner is helpful, prompt and efficient and provides important information to access the property which is in a quiet and peaceful gated community.The villa is a short walk from the supermarket, local restaurants (2 great pizza places in the local village) and once you get to Spiaggi Sant'Anna you can get to many other places along the beach....

“Wir (Familie mit zwei 8- und 10-jährigen Kindern) haben eine traumhafte Juni-Woche in der Villa Luca verbracht. Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Außenanlagen und der Pool sind wunderbar. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und das Sprungbrett war das absolute Highlight für unsere Kinder. Ein zweiter Sonnenschirm am Pool wäre noch praktisch, aber man findet auch anderswo im Garten/auf der Terrasse ausreichend Schatten. Unterhalb des Hauses befindet sich ein Bolzplatz,...

“We had two nice weeks here and it was great. The house is very good taken care off and a great place to stay. There is far more privacy than to be estimated from the current pictures (plants grown towards the soccer place). We would come back here at any time. Sara is also a nice host and has always helped us with little things, nothing to worry about.”

“A few things to note. The property is a distance from civilisation, which is great, however the land is shared with another property perhaps 60 metres away, the folks staying there seemed nice but meeting their vehicle coming the other way on the narrow dirt track was exciting! The property needs some money spending on it, the sofa is threadbare, the bedding is not good quality and the kitchen is in need of a functional as well as aesthetic update. Property Doors stick and don´t always close...

“We had a wonderful stay at Villa Elena. The area was very quiet, the pool amazing with beautiful views and plenty of veranda space. Lots of storage inside for your belongings and drying space after a day at the beach. The villa had everything we needed for our family of 4 and Antonietta was very helpful. The outside hot shower was an added bonus”
