Just 500 metres on foot from the beach, you can enjoy a refreshing swim before relaxing on the terrace or in the garden, perfect for breathing in the sea air and savouring sunny moments. A barbecue is also at your disposal for sharing delicious grilled food during the sweet summer evenings. At the bottom of the garden, a shelter fitted with a table and chairs for four people offers the possibility of taking your meals outdoors whilst being sheltered.



Inside, you will discover a spacious living area comprising a dining room with a table for four people as well as a warm lounge space with a sofa and a coffee table, ideal for gathering in the evening. The lounge sofa is a sofa bed (140x190 cm) and constitutes the first sleeping arrangement in the house. At the back of the room, a fully equipped kitchen opens onto the terrace and includes a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a Senseo coffee maker as well as all the utensils necessary for preparing good meals. To the left of the kitchen, you will find a bathroom with shower and WC.



On the upper floor, a large master bedroom awaits you, equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), a desk and a door giving access to the roof.



For your comfort, an iron and ironing board are available for your use.
