“The property was clean and the recent improvements were very nice. The amenities were complete with nice extra touches. The location was great and you could watch giant freighters go by your backyard. It is not handicap accessible.”

“Two couples, two dogs, one great time. Fishing was slow but the food, beverages and the wonderful view of the bay made up for the lack of the bite. Maybe next time (there will be). Thanks again Julia. P.S. One of the better places to see the Aurora borealis.”

“This is an entire small house. Not that small actually. Everything you need and then some. We really needed to do laundry on our long roadtrip and were able to use the washer and dryer m-great help. Huge TV with streaming. Also a driveway where you can back right up to the entry door…sweet. Didn’t have time to enjoy the hot tub but would be a nice feature. Loved the fenced in back yard as we are traveling with the dog. Wish we could have stayed longer.”
