Holiday Home 'Maison Village Pour 4 Perso' with Wi-Fi

Welcome to this two-story village house in the old center of Barbentane, 50 meters from the village square and its shops, in a quiet location on a small street that is only accessible on foot. Renovated by our own hands and with love, this fully equipped 70 m² home will, we hope, meet your expectations.



The space: The house is on two levels. Also worth noting, as in all villages, the bells ring every hour. It's not enough to disturb the peace and quiet of those who have double glazing, but we wanted to let you know anyway. WiFi is available, and self check-in makes arriving easy. One shared parking spot is also provided on site.



On the ground floor:

- Fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, freezer for ice cream, etc., even a soup blender!!

- Washing machine and a clothesline, of course

- A toilet

- Then, the living room, naturally cool, ideal for post-lunch naps during the unbearably hot hours of the day. A fan is available for the warmest days.



Upstairs:

- A bedroom/office with a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate 1-2 people, with large drawers under the bed and a large wardrobe. A dedicated workspace makes it a practical spot if you need to catch up on a bit of work. A place to quickly and efficiently pack your suitcases!

- Bathroom

- One bedroom with a 140 double bed.



Parents with a baby: you are welcome, and yes… you can cancel the rental of the 15 m³ van because a travel cot with a real mattress, a changing table, and a high chair are available on request. Maybe even books and toys (to be negotiated with our daughter)



One well-behaved pet is welcome. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. A cleaning service is also available during your stay for a fee.



Barbentane is a great place for a vacation,

- A beautiful medieval village, set in a stunning landscape, with a small mountain ideal for walks or mountain biking

- Everything you need is on site: media libraries, stadiums, arenas, a boules court under the pine trees, a wonderfully stocked grocery store, a small supermarket, and you even get a weekly movie screening!!

- Convenience store 100 m from the house.

- Free village festivals worth visiting throughout the summer, local folklore, concerts, and even cabarets,

Avignon TGV station: 10 min. Avignon and its festival: 10 min. Villeneuve-lès-Avignon: 15 min. Alpilles Regional Natural Park: 10 km. Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Les Baux-de-Provence, Arles: less than 30 min. Mont Ventoux: 50 min. The sea: 1 hour 15 min for a day at the beach.
