Magical and stylish apartment in very well communicated neighborhood, you can reach Barcelona center in just 20 minutes, either by metro or by bus. Design features and details with all the convenience and modern comforts of a very recently refurbished property to make you feel comfortable during your stay and fully equipped with everything you need for up to 7 guests.
This is a 3 Bedroom apt with one double bed, three single beds and a sofa-double bed.
The kitchen and the living room are connected. The dining table can sit 7 guests and can also be extended, allowing you to have family dinner together while you are in Barcelona.
We will provide you some basic kitchen ingredients like sugar, salt, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, tea. There is also a Nespreso coffee machine which you can use to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning. Other kitchen appliances you will find are a kettle, toaster and microwave oven.
The apartment also has a terrace with outdoor tables and chairs, ideal for your meals and spend the day enjoying the great mediterranean weather.
The bathroom has a modern stand-up shower , without doubt this will be your relaxing spot after a busy day in the city

All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona. Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.
Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.
Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request. There is a € 5 management fee.
-Some works are being carried out near the apartment, it is possible that there may be noise between 9 and 18.00. -The apartment is equipped with fire extinguisher and also with a anti-theft alarm which is optional for our guests to connect it. - Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out). - Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival - Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in). - We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm. - Parties are not allowed. - It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€. - The flat´s capacity is of 7 people. No additional guests allowed. - Please take out the trash before check-out. - Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment. - You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient! - For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation. -Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.

A Little Gem in the City
Nice to stay in a real neighbourhood, very walkable, with shops and restaurants close by. Apartment was clean, and quiet with comfortable beds. Host went above and beyond to welcome us, and was quick to respond to any questions.
