**Opening Doors Casa Laureles** is a bright, minimalist designer home with large windows and spectacular sea views. Ideal for a getaway as a couple, with friends, family, or solo travelers—and pets are always welcome.

Located in the picturesque town of Argentona, just 25 minutes from Barcelona and 10 minutes from the beach, the house is a perfect base for discovering the Maresme Coast.

The home has been designed to make the most of natural light and panoramic views from every corner. It incorporates European pine wood and Mediterranean cork details, creating a warm and natural atmosphere.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious open-plan kitchen with views of the sea and Burriac Castle, fully equipped and with a separate laundry area. Next to the kitchen is a large 30 m² dining area, with space to dine by large windows that let in the sea breeze.

In the living area, there is a digital projector for watching movies, a classic electric piano, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.

Next to the dining area is the bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and spectacular panoramic views, along with a bright bathroom equipped with a waterfall-style shower.

The exterior of the house sits on a plot of over 500 m², including a 200 m² lawn garden with several areas to enjoy the outdoors.

At the back, overlooking the Mediterranean, there are small fruit trees producing oranges, mandarins, lemons, walnuts, and figs throughout the year. Here you’ll also find a spacious wooden terrace, perfect for enjoying cool dinners under the stars.

In another area, there is a solarium with two sun loungers and a pergola with a retractable awning, a fire pit, a charcoal barbecue, and—during the summer months—an inflatable jacuzzi with air bubbles, ideal for cooling off.

At the front of the house, there is space to park 2 cars, as well as a small terrace with rosemary, lavender, strawberry plants, and bamboo.
The entire property is fenced and located in a very safe and private residential area.

The Maresme region offers a wide variety of activities for all tastes. In nearby towns and cities, you can enjoy cycling at La Poma in Premià de Dalt, try karting in Granollers, spend a refreshing day at the Illa Fantasia water park, or visit the famous Montmeló Circuit. Sea lovers can enjoy water activities in the ports of Mataró or Premià de Mar, while those seeking nature and tranquility can recharge in Montseny or relax on the stunning beaches of the Costa Brava.

Just 25 minutes from Barcelona and 45 minutes from the Costa Brava, the location is ideal for enjoying a peaceful Mediterranean lifestyle. In just a 10-minute walk, you can reach the center of Argentona, with its charming stone streets and a Gothic church restored by renowned architect Josep Puig i Cadafalch. The town is also an important historical center for ceramics, and we recommend visiting the Pitcher Museum, which houses ceramic pieces by Picasso.

The house is just steps away from the Serralada Litoral Natural Park, where you can enjoy endless walks through streams and pine-covered hills, with numerous hiking and mountain biking routes. One of the most scenic routes leads to Burriac Castle, a beautifully restored historic site with incredible views of the Mediterranean and the Catalan coastline.

Within just 10 minutes by car, you’ll find the beaches of Cabrera de Mar and Mataró. We also recommend strolling along the seafront promenade of the charming town of Vilassar de Mar. For lovers of maritime life, a visit to the famous Port Balís in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres is a must, where you can enjoy some of the best rice dishes in the area.

We recommend arriving by car, as although it is possible to walk from the town center, there is a significant uphill section. Parking is very easy either inside the property or on the street.

If you do not have a vehicle, we recommend taking the R1 train to Mataró and then a taxi from the station (approximately €10).

• Pet-friendly! The property has a 1.80 m perimeter fence, and the garden area is enclosed by a 1 m fence. Pet fee: €35 per stay.
• For long stays (over 2 weeks), an additional mandatory cleaning service is required (€55).
• For garden maintenance, a gardener will access the property once every two weeks; you will be notified in advance if this occurs during your stay.
• A security camera is installed on the exterior façade, covering the entrance doors and parking area.
• As a legally registered tourist property, we are required to charge the tourist tax according to the rate in force at check-in.
• We provide bed linen, towels, and basic amenities. A baby cot and booster seat are available upon prior request and subject to availability (€15 and €5 per stay, respectively).
• We can arrange airport transfers at a fixed rate.

🏡 House Rules

Only registered guests are allowed access to the property. If you wish to add more guests, please consult us in advance.

For long stays (more than 2 weeks), an additional mandatory cleaning service will be required at a cost of €55.00.

🐶 Pets
Pets are welcome; however, guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property. Pets are not allowed on the sofa or beds (a specific pet bed is provided). Guests must collect and properly dispose of their pets’ waste from the garden or lawn. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a €100 cleaning fee.

♻️ Waste Disposal Rules
The municipality follows a specific waste collection schedule, including separation by type (organic, plastic, paper, glass, and general waste). This schedule is available via the link included in the check-in instructions and house rules, and a reminder poster is also provided in the house.

At check-out, a maximum of 2 garbage bags may be left in the property. Failure to comply may result in a €200 penalty.

If guests prefer not to separate and dispose of waste according to the schedule, they may take it to the public containers located in the city of Mataró, just a 5-minute drive away.

🛀 Jacuzzi
The jacuzzi is available ONLY UPON PRIOR REQUEST before arrival and only during the summer months (May to September). Please do not use sunscreen or oils, as they may damage the filters. The usage supplement is €30 per stay. In case of malfunction preventing its use, this amount will be refunded.

🌸 Safety & Coexistence Rules
Keep doors and windows closed when you are not in the property.
Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited. Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM).
Fires are only allowed in the designated barbecue area.
Access to non-gardened areas of the property (lower part of the back garden) is not permitted.
Save energy: turn off lights and air conditioning when not in use—the house is small and heats/cools quickly.
The garden is maintained every 15 days. The gardener accesses the property independently and never enters the house. If maintenance coincides with your stay, you will be informed upon arrival.

💳 Payments & Deposits
Tourist tax not included: must be paid according to the rate in force at the time of check-in. It applies per guest (over 16 years old) and per night, with a maximum of seven nights. Currently €1.93 (subject to change according to regulations).

Lost keys: €200 charge.

Damaged or stained bed linen or towels (due to sunscreen, makeup, shoe soles, dyes, etc.): €15 each.
