A shared parking space is included for a small car and motorcycle. Vehicles exceeding the marked white lines must park outside the property. One pet is allowed. No events permitted; this is a quiet, family-friendly environment, so noise and loud music are forbidden after 9 pm. Check-in is not allowed for guests under 30 years old. There is no elevator in the building.
