On the ground floor there is a living room with large French windows that overlook a large terrace facing the lake on one side and the other on the garden for private use of guests and on the park. In the lounge there is a dining area with a table for 10 people and a living room with sofas by the fireplace and TV. The restaurant is also equipped with a stube.

Possibility to practice trekking on Baldo, to practice water sports in the vicinity and to follow the many cycle paths with moutainbike available from the property.
