This apartment, which is 5 minutes from the town center, is perfect for couples and families. Upon your arrival it will open up in front of you with its private garden.

Once you enter the house it consists of a living room equipped with a sofa bed, on your left you will find the kitchen, and continuing straight on a bedroom and a bathroom ensuring an intimate and relaxing stay.



Immersed in tranquility, but close to the beauty of Lake Garda, it is ideal for a romantic getaway or a family holiday.



The house is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Towels and bed linen are provided and included in the price for all guests. Beverages, food items (e.g. spices, salt, oil etc.) and consumable materials (e.g. soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper etc.) are not provided

Pets are allowed. A mandatory fee of €30 per pet must be paid in cash upon arrival

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a mandatory late check-in fee of €30 is required and must be paid in cash upon arrival. Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure.

Upon arrival, all guests must show identification documents and pay the tourist tax per person per night (children under 14 do not pay)
