This entertainment-packed retreat features 4 king bedrooms, a bourbon lounge basement with pool table, shuffleboard, bar, and hangout space, plus Pac-Man, Golden Tee Golf, foosball, darts, and cornhole. After a day on the Bourbon Trail, gather around the fire pit and enjoy the perfect blend of comfort, fun, and Kentucky hospitality in the heart of bourbon country.

Registered Guests.
• Please ensure the number of guests staying at the property matches your reservation.
• If you’d like to add guests or have visitors during your stay, just let us know in advance.
• Minimum age to book the property is 21 years old

Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• We simply ask that guests be mindful of neighbors, especially when enjoying outdoor spaces during the evening hours.

Parking
• Please park only in the driveway or garage spaces provided.
• Street parking is not permitted.
• Do not park on grass, landscaped areas, or neighboring properties.

Gatherings & Events
• Our homes are designed for families and small groups enjoying the Bourbon Trail and surrounding area.
• Large parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted.

Smoking
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.
• If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and away from the home and landscaping.

Caring for the Home
• Please treat the property as you would your own home.
• If something is damaged or not working properly, let us know as soon as possible so we can address it.

Hot Tub & Outdoor Amenities
• Please use all amenities responsibly and follow any posted instructions.
• Children should be supervised at all times around the hot tub, fire pit, and other outdoor features.
• For safety, please avoid bringing glass containers near the hot tub or fire pit.

Fire Pit
• Never leave a fire unattended.
• Please ensure fires are fully extinguished when finished.
• Follow any local burn restrictions that may be in effect during your stay.

Pets (If Approved)
• Approved pets are welcome.
• Please clean up after your pet and help us keep the property in great condition for future guests.
• Pets should not be left unattended unless crated and comfortable being alone.

Check-Out
• Follow the check-out instructions provided before departure.
• Lock doors and windows when leaving.
• Double-check for personal belongings before you head home.
