“Very clean and cozy place to stay. If you want to spend a weekend in Leaky, Uvalde area, this spot is a great option. 5 minutes to Leaky town (grocery and some local restaurants), 15 minutes to GSP. “August 2025 family vacation was great the whiskey mountain Valley Cabins were amazing from check in to check out. Check-in was a breeze. The owners made it very easy and very straightforward with how to check in, they even let us know if that the cabin was ready way before our check in. The kitchen was great. “Got this place for a 3 day get away. The owners were lovely and very accommodating! They even loaned us something’s we didn’t think we’d need. The house was well stocked with all sorts of supplies in the kitchen and the bathroom. For its smaller size it sleeps a lot of people. Perfect for family or friends, as long as you don’t mind all sleeping in a bunk room situation. We loved the close proximity to Garner and are already planning a trip to rent this place again in the future. ”
