“We booked this hotel for one night through Hotels.com, but were never informed that late check-in was unavailable after 11:30 pm. Our flight was delayed, and made it to the hotel at 3am. Upon reaching the hotel we found all doors closed and no one at the front desk. Despite repeatedly calling and waiting outside in the cold for over 30 minutes, no staff member appeared. Eventually, someone (not a receptionist) came out and, after some confusion and wandering around, managed to locate the keys so...

“The room was clean and quaint. Decor reminded me of my in-laws' beach property. Close to the beach, with beach tags provided. Walking distance to restaurants, mini-golf, etc. Exactly what we were looking for.”

“Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing stay, room was extremely clean, kids loved the pool, shower was great; mattresses could have been a lil more comfy but would definitely come back, no complaints. I mentioned during my booking that I had an injury that would make stairs an issue and they gave me the most helpful spot on premises which I appreciate!!! Hotel staff gets an A+++++ in every absolutely aspect!!!!”

“The location is great, however, its an older hotel that has been updated, so several stairs to deal with or not to easy to find ramps. Finding the check in area was also not easy. No signs and we had to drive around a few times. The room did not have enough soap in the shower so veery hard to get to it without pulling it out.
