“Wecstsyed for one night as we were meeting up with friends in Ramsbottom. Hotel is in a lovely location, within walking distance of the town and a really nice area. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Excellent service. The hotel is in need of a refresh really. We had a very old fashioned shower in our room and things just looked 'tired'. However, we only usually stay for one night so ok for us but if staying longer i think the bathroom and rooms need a bit of modernisation. No...

“Hotel is in beautiful surroundings. The connecting pub next door was amazing and served a really nice breakfast in the morning . Staff were really helpful and overall really enjoyed our stay. Some parts in the rooms a little dated and worn (mainly in the bathroom) but rooms were spotless and beds were nice and comfy and had a great nights sleep. Would definitely stay again.”

“Very happy with the price. Free upgrade from club room to suite was appreciated. Lovely large fuffy towels. Very comfy bed and pillows. Staff were all welcoming. Small gym, pool, steam room and sauna on site. Minor draw back, bathroom door didnt shut properly and bath plug hole made gurgling noise even though we didnt use it.”
