Gîte d'Albert features four double bedrooms and a dormitory, all air-conditioned, each with its own bathroom and toilet. This 300 m² holiday home accommodates up to 15 guests, ideal for groups.



Relax in the cozy living room with exposed beams and a stone fireplace, perfect for cool evenings. A TV and Wi-Fi are available for your downtime.



The kitchen is fully equipped: 2 induction hobs, two extractor fans, two ovens, wine cellar, steam/microwave oven, and 2 dishwashers. There’s also a coffee machine (filter, Nespresso, and beans). Perfect for cooking together with friends, colleagues, or family!



Outside, enjoy the private garden with terrace and barbecue for friendly gatherings. A baby bed and high chair are available for children. Parking for 8 vehicles and a bike storage room are provided.



The house is located in the heart of Baron village, with shops within walking distance: bakery, grocery, bar, pharmacy. There’s also a local restaurant and a hair salon (reservation recommended).



Nearby, explore the Perthe woods leading to the Ermenonville forest for beautiful walks, or stroll through the plains. A tennis court is less than 15 minutes away on foot. Many activities are available nearby: amusement park, gardens, castles, sports.
