“The house was spacious and clean, more than enough room for our family of three. It could’ve easily accommodated more. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were nice. The pool area was very nice with an extra half bathroom outside. The host was welcoming, attentive and provided everything that you would ever need to be on vacation from beach towels to coolers, sunblock, water shoes, food, cooking supplies and even a complementary gift basket. ”

“I stayed 2 nights in this quaint 3 bedroom treasure!! The property was just as the pictures depict. Modern boho. Small, compact, very very clean! The beds were wonderful and super comfortable. Air conditioning in each room, assures that each person will have the temperature they want. The hosts were so accomodating and kind. I suggest, if it had a small microwave that would be great. But we made do with the air fryer and cooktop and were just fine. I would definitely book this property again...

Mr. Juan the property owner was very communicative with any questions I had and helpful enough to send food and tourism recommendations throughout our stay. “Location was great. We were leaving on a cruise and arrived a couple of days early. We were able to walk Old San Juan from the apartment. The apartment had plenty of room for 9 of us. Javier was great. We were able to drop off luggage before check-in and kept luggage at the house for a couple of hours after check out. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“The house itself is situated in a nice, safe neighborhood. The house was clean, and everything was listed in the description. The pool was very clean and it was nice to be able to use it after a long day. Check-in was fairly simple. They also had internet, but it was a little spotty. We were still able to do what we needed to do though. We only had one issue as we lost water on our last day there. The host said it would be back on shortly, but it was off for almost 24 hours until it was time...

The AC units worked great and we were comfortable sleeping at night. Stove only, no oven!! I enjoy cooking so I made a few meals. The small air fryer came in handy! Overall, great location and space.
