The space
Three proper bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a working kitchen, and the kind of living room you actually want to spend a Tuesday evening in.

Main floor: open-plan kitchen and living area, dining table that seats six, full-size fridge, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook full meals. Smart TV with major streaming logged out so you can sign in with your own accounts.

Sleeping: 1 queen bed and 2 double beds for a restful sleep. Fresh linens, changed between every stay.

For tournament teams and coaching staff: full kitchen and laundry let a team settle in for a multi-day stretch without restaurant fatigue. We host teams regularly. The rules are simple: keep the noise reasonable after 10 PM and the neighbourhood stays happy.

Parking in the driveway, free.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a spacious living room with a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals. The six-seater dining area provides a great space for shared meals and gatherings. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home, and a dedicated parking space ensures hassle-free parking. A secure keyless entry system allows for an easy and seamless self-check-in experience. Make yourself at home and enjoy a comfortable stay.

Other things to note
We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing and general groundskeeping.

Please note that the home is currently listed for sale. While this should not impact your stay, you may notice a "For Sale" sign at the front.

We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly.

We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly.

Please note that the laundry and back deck is NOT to be used by guests.
