“Excelente servicio”

“La mejor ubicación de Paris sin duda, el personal súper amable y el desayuno delicioso definitivamente regresaría”

“Bien ubicado precio razonable habitaciones muy pequeñas”

“Overrated, smail room and nothing to remember for this price level”

“Buena zona para alojarse, cerca de la estación de metro Gambetta y con varios supermercados en la manzana. El apartamento quizás un poco pequeño, pero con todo lo necesario para una visita a París, donde se pasa más tiempo callejeando que en casa. Buena conexión Wifi. El dueño, Zouhair, muy atento y facilita mucho el checkin y chechout.”

“Timi was communicative, efficient, and gracious--a pleasure to deal with--and his flat is spacious, light-filled, quiet, and very well located in the lovely Marais. We would happily stay there again!”

“Carlos is fantastic. Loved the apartment and location”

“The patio was amazing!”

“My boyfriend and I booked for 11 days. This is a well located and well cared for property. Matthieu was very helpful with information on dining and shopping as well as making sure we were comfortable in the unprecedented heatwave. He is a great host. We would definitely stay there again. It was lovely.”

“Very nice property, conveniently located. Close to all the major sites in Paris. Apartment is as advertised, with individual air conditioners in all but one room. Eclectically decorated by the property owner who is a very accomplished professional artist. She is also a one-of-kind host, with outstanding personalized service, including daily delivery of an assortment of fresh croissants and baguettes that got our family of 7 off to a fresh start every morning. You won’t find a more thoughtful...

“THE UNIT IS LOCATED IN A BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBORHOOD, WITH LOTS OF RESTAURANTS , CAFE AND CLOSE TO TRAIN STATTION. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE WAS A CONSTANT NOISE AT THE UNIT THAT MADE US LOOSE HOURS OF SLEEP. IN ADDITION, SINCE THE BEDROOMS ARE UNDER STREET LEVEL, THERE IS TOO MUCH HUMIDITY FOR A HEALTH STAY. A TECHNICIAN WAS REQUESTED TO LOOK INTO THE NOISE AND ARRIVED, ONLY TO FIND NO SOLUTION. AGENTS RESPONSE WAS NOT AS QUICKLY AS NEEDED..”

“We had a great stay here in the 6th arrondissement. The location was perfect, close to everything, with great restaurants nearby, and the neighborhood felt very safe. It was comfortable for our family of five and had plenty of space. The only minor issue was that the bedroom closest to the bathroom was a little warmer than the others, but it was not a big deal. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Amazing location only a 4 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.I had read the previous reviews, so knew it was small, but probably didn’t expect it to be so small that we had to rearrange furniture to open the sofa bed. In the end, it really was just a place to sleep, and it was surprisingly quiet at night, given the area. The bathroom needs a good refresh, but everything worked well and was clean. The washing machine was a plus, but a drying rack would have been useful.I would recommend this apartment...

“Apartment is exactly as advertised. Great, clean place in a great location! Very spacious for a family of 4. Only thing we could complain about is, we were there in a heat wave and without A/C, the place got very hot! Even with 3 floor fans going, the temperature was 30 degrees inside the entire time.”
